After aligning his clients business strategy with IT capabilities, Thag Adhikari has been ending his days at 3 p.m. on Fridays for the past few years. Based out of Houston, TX he has been primarily defining and implementing IT Strategy for his clients in Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality and Manufacturing sectors.

Observing increased access to education due to technology adoption rates, he wanted to further contribute towards expansion of Education and facilitate collaboration in and out of the classroom. He founded upskillhire.com in 2020, a hybrid online learning platform aimed at professionals and IT students.

We wanted to provide detailed, meaningful and inspiring coaching and guidance to aspirants that will take their art to the next level. To further encourage continuous engagement the platform offers students with 2 free credits every month”

With a mindset to improve standards of construction industry in Nepal, Thag Adhikari has also ventured into another real estate startup in Kathmandu, Nepal under the brand “Landmark Spaces”. The website https://landmarkspaces.com caters to Buying,Selling & Renting homes & office spaces in Nepal along with small scale construction projects with plans to implement the Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology . Even during severe market decline due to the pandemic he ventured into Real Estate Sector toReal Estate platform.

“In 2020 I have shifted to a four-day workweek which i refer to hybrid-workweek and i am just as productive. One silver lining this approach have brought me, my company & my family is clarity. I can now focus more on philanthropic activities ” says Thag Adhikari, IT Director turned Entrepreneur & Film Producer.

He further invested & partnered with founder of http://ivyleague.edu.np to expand education consulting services and provide abroad study program opportunities to aspiring students.
